I’m Amélie Jansen, a 21-year-old marketing student passionate about languages, culture, and travelling. I’ve been writing my travel stories for quite some time, but they’ve always been kept personal. However, this year, I decided to do things differently and actually start a blog. So here I am!

I’m a true-blooded Belgian, but since I was little, I’ve had this urge to head abroad and explore the world. One of my dreams is to live abroad in the future.

Some other fun facts about me: I’m a huge musical fan, I go to the mountains for a trip at least once a year, and I absolutely adore the TV show ‘Friends’.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to travel extensively, and I’d love to share those stories with you. Explore my blog to discover my favorite destinations, highlights, tips, and much more.

Furthermore, I often don’t travel alone; I explore the world with my best friends, my mother, and, as you can see, my dog Marieke. Taking her along isn’t always easy, but we do everything we can to show her beautiful places too. This often leads to funny moments, as captured in this photo.
